Company Profile & History

A Legacy of Industrial Reliability

Encon's origins trace back to the 1970s, rooted in the technological developments of the Swedish NITRO NOBEL Werke. The original "SP" combustion catalyst was formulated utilizing nitrate engineering expertise to eliminate severe boiler slagging and high-temperature corrosion across Western Europe and Scandinavia.

In 1989, Encon revolutionized the application method by developing the first automated pneumatic injection system. Having secured exclusive distribution rights, Encon expanded its operations, manufacturing the modern "SP ECO SOTIN" catalyst formulas from dedicated production facilities in Poland. Building on decades of heavy industry experience, Encon further expanded its portfolio to include advanced conveyor technology, supplying mechanical scrapers and belt trackers. Today, we ensure comprehensive operational protection for any facility operating solid-fuel boilers or bulk material lines—from large-scale power generation and mining to wood processing, paper, and municipal waste plants.
